While the main focus may be a few pairs of denim, they merely serve as a metaphor for the wear and tear of all natural things

Natural materials have a more beautiful way of aging. All materials are subject to this process of aging, be it your favorite pair of jeans, that wallet you've had for the last decade, or the timepiece handed down to you from your grandfather. All of these things hold a history specific to you!

Anyone else could own that same exact object, and it would never turn out the same. You as an individual have an undeniable ability to shape the things you own into something rich, unique, and handsome. Hell, we even purposely buy things exhibiting false iterations of these processes, especially in regards to denim and leather. Through the natural oils found in our hands, to our own unavoidable habits, we are constantly changing and shaping the things we interact with.

This project is about embracing the journey of natural wear and the imperfect beauty found in everyday objects; realizing that all things have a lifecycle and that things are beautiful at all stages. Enjoy the journey.
